Data We Collect
- Apple Sign-In: Name and email address provided by Apple during sign-in.
- Health Data: Workout history, heart rate, and sleep data read from Apple Health with your permission. This data never leaves your device except to be included (in summary form) in AI coaching prompts.
- Training Plan: Your race goals, onboarding profile, and AI-generated training plan are stored in Firebase Firestore, linked to your anonymous user ID.
- AI Conversations: Chat messages with the AI coach are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and logged to LangSmith for quality evaluation. Messages include anonymized training context (no name or email).
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your health data for advertising.
- We do not share your personal information with anyone except the services listed below.
Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google): Authentication and Firestore database for training plan storage.
- Anthropic Claude: AI coaching responses. Chat context is transmitted over HTTPS.
- LangSmith: AI prompt quality evaluation. No personally identifiable information is included.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen. This permanently removes your profile, training plan, and Firestore data. Health data stored in Apple Health is not affected — manage that from the Health app.
